Position Summary

Work you'll do
- Lead deliverable management processes through tracking, monitoring, processing, and reporting deliverables ensuring timelines and contractual requirements are met; conduct quality reviews
- Act as a Scrum Master when needed to build consensus and work as part of a team
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including asset management, for new and departing team members; define onboarding/offboarding activities that align with project requirements
- Apply Deloitte policies, procedures, and guidelines to remain compliant against requirements prescribed within a contract
- Support continuous improvements on the project that improve quality and efficiency
- Attend multiple meetings; create project and program communications
- Gather and communicate project status with project stakeholders; configure and maintain PMO applications and tools
- Identify and work with appropriate project team members in order to resolve risks, action items, issues or decisions that may negatively impact a project or its deliverables
- Create and maintain project schedules in compliance with industry scheduling standards and Deloitte's best practices
- Provide continuous improvement by re-engineering of processes to ensure quality and efficiency
- Lead and mentor junior PMO members on Deloitte project management processes

Qualifications Required
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience with project management
- 5+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint), including macros
- Experience developing and creating project plans that display project milestones in accordance with SDLC and PMP governance guidelines
- Ability to travel 10% on average, based on the work you do, the clients you serve and industries/sectors you serve
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- MUST BE LOCAL TO AUSTIN, TX
