The Tax Transformation Office (TTO) serves Deloitte Tax, focused on transforming client service delivery inclusive of people, process, and technology in order for our Tax Professionals to deliver efficient, high value, quality service to our clients. The TTO Commercial team works to enhance the Deloitte Tax technology-forward brand with our clients and in the market. The Team
Deloitte Tax LLP's Tax Transformation Office is responsible for collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to define delivery standards and the standard process to support the delivery of Tax services, as well as the related development and deployment of technology to enable service delivery. Members of Tax Transformation elevate Deloitte Tax Professionals, in support of providing higher value services to Deloitte clients, through identifying opportunities to streamline delivery, increase resource fungibility, improve ROI on technology investments, increase agility, and elevate the digital client experience. The Tax Transformation Office focuses on enhancing Deloitte Tax LLP's ability to deliver value-added and efficient Tax services to our clients. Tax Transformation consists of professionals with varying background ranging from Tax Professionals, Human Capital and Technology Consultants, and other IT professionals including Quality Assurance and Technology Support. The team consults and executes on a wide range of projects with a strong focus on process design and deployment and adoption, including stakeholder analysis, communications, learning and change management.

What you'll do
The Strategy and Change Management Senior Consultant plays a pivotal role in driving and executing initiatives to enhance the tech-forward Deloitte Tax brand. This role is responsible for collaborating with leadership to identify, define, develop, and execute key initiatives that align with Tax, Tax Transformation, and Commercial strategic priorities. This role demands a strong background in project management, change management, and strategic planning; as well as exceptional written communication and storytelling abilities, advanced PowerPoint skills, the capability to deliver executive-level presentations, and an outcome-oriented mindset.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic plans that align with Commercial team goals, driving brand enhancement and technology fluency.
- Project Management: Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to outcomes.
- Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to support successful behavior change required to achieve project outcomes.
- Written Communication/Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives and reports that effectively communicate project outcomes, strategies, and recommendations; in addition to internal and external communications supporting tech fluency and brand enhancement initiatives
- Advanced PPT Development: Create high-quality, visually appealing PowerPoint presentations that effectively convey complex information.
- Executive-Level Presentations: Deliver presentations to senior executives, providing clear and concise insights and recommendations.
- Outcome-Oriented: Focus on achieving measurable results and driving successful project outcomes.
Qualifications Required:
- Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model that requires US Tax professionals to co-locate 2-3 days per week
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or information technology related field
- 3+ years of client service experience in strategy and operations or technology consulting, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while delivering outstanding quality and meeting established deadlines
- Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- One of the following active accreditations obtained:
- Licensed CPA in state of practice/primary office if eligible to sit for the CPA

Preferred:
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, understanding their needs, managing expectations, and providing tailored solutions.
- Marketing, Technology Marketing: Experience in marketing to support brand enhancement initiatives and campaigns; ideally in technology sector.
- Learning and Development (Sales): Experience in designing and delivering learning and development programs; ideally sales training related to technology products.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $87,010 to $184,210
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
