Position Summary

This is a temporary salaried opportunity to join Deloitte Services LP for a short-term assignment. We are currently seeking a candidate to fill our Senior Business Program Specialist role between March 2025 and March 2026 for our Rewards, Recognition and Well-being team.

Recruiting for this role ends on February 7th, 2025.

Work you'll do
The Senior Business Program Specialist will support and contribute to specific program and project activities for Deloitte's US Wealth Accumulation program consisting of 401(k) savings, profit sharing, and cash balance plans. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Support special projects which may include technology and workforce transformations, automation and data clean-up initiatives, process documentation and improvement, and others as requested by RRWB leaders.
  • Support retirement benefit processing and data analysis.
  • Prepare and reconcile funding for cash balance plan payments and 401(k) savings and profit-sharing plans.
  • Respond to participant, vendor, and stakeholder inquiries and escalations, including data record research and analysis where required, and document updates in case management system(s).
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations.
  • Prepare reports, presentations and research using statistical and narrative data for communication and presentation to management.
  • Prepare and maintain project plans and tracking logs for ongoing and special projects and coordinate project plan activities across internal and external stakeholders.

The individual selected for this role must have excellent project management and prioritization skills and the ability to think both strategically and tactically, manipulate large data sets and be comfortable learning and operating across multiple technology platforms.

The team
Rewards, Recognition and Well-being (RRWB) is a channel within the Talent organization that collaborates with the businesses and various stakeholders to provide programs and experiences that allow our professionals to thrive financially, mentally, and physically.

Qualifications
Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in defined contribution and/or defined benefit retirement programs, data analysis, project management, and/or related experience
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
  • Experience analyzing large data sets
  • Experience managing deliverables and performing job responsibilities in a virtual environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $60,000-$110,500.
