Position Summary

We are currently seeking a candidate to fill our Manager, Talent Business Advisor role between July 2025 and January 2026 for our Talent Ops - Business Advisors team.

Business Analysts provide support to the Lead Business Analyst and the Talent Business Advisor ("TBA") in the delivery of strategic services to the Business. They will also support the Talent organization during peak times to deliver key services.

Recruiting for this role ends on March 12th, 2025.

Work you'll do

Business Analysts help to provide Talent consultative solutions tailored to support the execution of strategic priorities for Audit.

  • Supports the Lead Business Analyst & TBA translate business strategies into actionable Talent strategies.
  • Supports the Lead Business Analyst & TBA while partnering with COE's and CTS to deliver all talent lifecycle events including, but not limited to, performance management, compensation planning, workforce planning, and other talent programs.
  • Analyzes data and fundamental information about the business and provides high level expertise and analytics.
  • Leads reporting efforts, data reconciliation, and analysis for the Business Advisor team.
  • Supports fostering change throughout the organization and ensure that Talent strategies are aligned with the firm's culture.

The team
The Business Advisor organization champions a "One Talent Team" through collaboration with the Centers of Excellence (COEs) and Core Talent Services (CTS) to deliver integrated Talent services to support Business strategies and priorities.

Qualifications
Required:

  • Bachelors degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources leadership experience and/ or directly related experience
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. Must be able to come into the office periodically for office events.

Preferred:

  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills (MS Excel, MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $72,900-$134,300.
