Work you'll do/Responsibilities

  • Create and execute project plans and revise as appropriate to meet project goals.
  • Organizing programs into work-streams, development of plans, identification, and management of dependencies
  • Review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs. Document requirements, define scope and objectives and formulate systems to overall business requirement.

  • Manage team of web developers, including acquisition, training, performance review, and retention
  • Develop and maintain test plans and procedures for web projects, including defect tracking, tracking and reporting metrics, and fixing defects
  • Create and maintain website layouts, designs, and content; review, proofread, and evaluate websites
  • Analyse, evaluate, and test websites to ensure they meet usability and accessibility standards
  • Manage workflow and scheduling, including handling prioritization issues, and communicating progress to stakeholders
  • Maintain documented and up to date code repositories
  • Conduct code reviews, including continuous integration and continuous deployment, and report findings to developers
  • Develop technical vision for web applications, including integrations with business processes and APIs
  • Identify opportunities for increasing efficiency and effectiveness of web systems, and recommend and implement solutions
  • Provide technical guidance to partners, vendors, and team members
  • Document and provide support on web system configuration
  • Experience with delivering websites with technology supporting react.js, typescript, webpack, storybook, CSS.
  • Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management
  • Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes

The Team

Our Digital Foundry & Operations works with the Customer & Marketing group to bring a flexible capability and fluid capacity model to the delivery of small technology projects and enhancements.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
  • Experience as Project Manager for large/Small applications.
  • 2-3 years web development experience
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience with Optimizely content management systems.
  • Experience with Design systems.
  • Experience with Figma and Zero Height Design systems.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, & clear communicator
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Live near or willing to relocate to Charlotte, NC. Relocation assistance is available.

Preferred

  • Experience working in a consulting environment.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities
  • Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
  • Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
  • Excellent Written and Communication Skills
  • Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
