Work you'll do

ServiceNow Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing the implementation of ServiceNow solutions for clients. This role involves coordinating with stakeholders, managing project timelines, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions, and driving continuous improvement. The Project Manager will work closely with technical teams, business analysts, and clients to ensure that project objectives are met and that the ServiceNow platform is effectively utilized to meet business needs.

Project Planning and Management: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion. Manage project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication between all project team members.
  • Resource Management: Coordinate and manage project resources, including internal teams and external vendors. Ensure that project team members have the necessary tools and support to perform their roles effectively. Monitor team performance and provide feedback and guidance as needed.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Conduct regular reviews and audits of project processes and deliverables.
  • Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Budget and Financial Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that projects are completed within financial constraints. Track project expenses and provide regular financial reports to stakeholders. Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource utilization.

The Technology Services Optimization Offering works with clients to transform their technology services and operations and provide enterprise-wide service transformation using ServiceNow. Working with Chief Information Officers, Technology Executives, Service Owners (HR, IT, Customer, Field Service, Project Portfolio Management) and their teams, they help to establish an operating model for technology, attentive to NextGen and advanced technologies, new and evolving service models for technology and the operational expectations of an organization.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 8+ years of experience
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $119,025 to $198,375.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
