This role involves comprehensive project management, from inception to completion, ensuring effective resource utilization and timely delivery. It also requires staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, and leveraging this knowledge to enhance business capabilities.
- Spearhead strategic technology planning and execution, aligning initiatives with corporate objectives.
- Collaborate with various business units and IT teams to ensure the alignment of technology initiatives with the overall business strategy.
- Keep stakeholders informed about strategic initiatives and progress, as well as managing potential risks associated with technology initiatives.
The Team
Our Strategy practice brings together several key capabilities that will allow us to architect integrated programs that transform our clients' businesses, including Corporate & Business Unit Strategy, Technology Strategy & Insights, Enterprise Model Design, Enterprise Cloud Strategy and Business Transformation.
Strategy professionals will serve as trusted advisors to our clients, working with them to make clear data-driven choices about where to play and how to win, in order to drive growth and enterprise value.
Strategy will help our clients:
- Identify strategies for growth and value creation
- Develop the appropriate business models, operating models, and capabilities to support their strategic vision
- Maximize the ROI on technology investments and leverage technology and Cloud trends to architect future business strategies
Qualifications
Required
- 10+ years of experience in developing and executing technology strategy
- 1+ years of experience in emerging technologies in IT
- Bachelor's degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active Top Secret security clearance required
Preferred
- Experience in managing projects within a consulting or professional services environment.
- Experience in defining project scope, objectives, and developing detailed work plans.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and build consensus among senior stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their business implications.
- Degree in an IT-related field or Business Administration.
Preferred Certifications:
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $126,000 to $210,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
