We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Techno-Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ABAP, S/4HANA, and will be responsible for providing expert-level technical and functional support to our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP systems and the ability to bridge the gap between technical and business requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain custom ABAP programs, reports, and interfaces.
- Perform system configuration and customization in S/4HANA and SAP SRM (SRM experience is a plus).
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP systems (mandatory).
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure optimal performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Provide training and support to end-users.
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Must be a US Citizen due to the nature of the projects and clients.
- Proficiency in ABAP programming.
- Extensive experience with S/4HANA and SAP SRM (SAP SRM experience is optional).
- Strong understanding of SAP architecture and integration points.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP business processes.
- Ability to analyze and map business requirements to SAP solutions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel
- Expected to co-locate in your designated office/USDC location up to 30% of the time
- Must live in a commutable distance to or be willing to relocate to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA
Preferred Qualifications:
- Provide functional support and guidance to clients on SAP best practices
- Experience with SAP configuration and customization
- Any SAP certification
- Experience working in a consulting environment, preferably in a Big 4 Consulting firm.
- Knowledge of other SAP modules and integration points.
- SAP FIN, Procurement and Govt industry experience would be a plus.
