Position Summary

As an experienced Senior .Net Azure Developer Specialist II you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. Project Delivery Model (PDM) is a talent model that is tailored specifically for long-term, onsite client service delivery.

Work you'll do/Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain .NET applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, plan design, and develop new features.
  • Utilize Azure services (e.g., Azure App Service, Azure Functions) to deploy and manage applications in the cloud.
  • Perform code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor team of developers.
  • Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues which arise on day-to-day operation.
  • Coordinate with offshore development teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
  • Manage and support applications not related to .NET, ensuring their stability and performance.
  • Provide production support for vendor-based applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.

Qualifications Required

  • 6+ years of .Net technical experience
  • Strong understanding of Azure development
  • 8+ years of work experience in IT space
  • 5+ years of team lead experience
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred

  • Analytical/ decision making responsibilities
  • Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
  • Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
