Position Summary

Work you'll do/Responsibilities
- SAP IS-U is SAP's Industry-Specific Solution for the Utilities Industry. SAP IS-U is a sales and information system that supports utility and waste disposal companies.
- Serve as an onshore SAP IS-U functional lead for an ongoing Application Management engagement.
- Provide subject matter expertise in SAP IS-Utilities modules, including FICA, Billing, Device Mgmt., and Customer Service.
- Perform hands-on work in resolving break-fix, BATCH issues, and maintenance activities in at least one of the four IS-Utilities modules. Knowledge of SAP ABAP will be an added advantage.
- Facilitate day-to-day service delivery by coordinating with client and offshore team members.
- Troubleshoot issues within IS-Utilities module, as well as within integrations involving IS-Utilities modules.
- Provide service delivery by adhering to established service level agreements (SLAs)
- Hybrid role: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in client office in Camden. Monday and Friday work from home. Must be able to live near or willing to relocate to Philadelphia area. Relocate assistance available.
- Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management
- Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes

The Enterprise Operations as a Service Offering addresses our clients' needs for on-going operations of their technology and business process investments through multi-year contracts. We deliver continuous modernization, upgrades, and address incremental business changes as part of our engagements through our 5 key offerings: SAP Operations, Oracle Operations, IT Operations, Supply Chain Operations, Finance Operations.
Qualifications
Required
- 6+ years' experience serving as SAP IS-U functional lead.
- Expert business process knowledge covering SAP IS-U Billing, CRM, DM, and FICA modules.
- 6+ years' hands-on experience in providing application management, and enhancement services in SAP IS-U solution; resolving break-fix, BATCH issues, and maintenance activities in at least one of the four IS-Utilities modules.
- 6 + years consulting experience. Excellent client handling skills and communication skills.
- 4+ years' team leader experience - will lead team of 4-5 people offshore.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Ability to travel to Philadelphia client office every 2 months
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
Preferred
- Live near or willing to relocate to Philadelphia area. Relocation bonus assistance available.
- Utilities industry experience
- SAP ABAP
- Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products.
- Can operate independently or with minimum supervision.
