- Responsible for delivering complex projects in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Work from strategy development to solution implementation using your knowledge of SAP IS-Utility and working with the latest technologies such as S4Hana.
- Partner with a cross-functional global team to ensure customer success in an agile environment.
- Interface with operations team and business teams to realize requirements, and existing business processes, resolve issues, and determine estimates.
- Collaborate on innovative solutions to bolster the future of the practice.

The Team

Our work is varied and challenging, involving clients considering first-time implementations as well as those experienced businesses looking to enhance their business applications. Qualifications
Required:
- At least 8 years' relevant SAP consulting experience in a professional services environment, with a large or boutique consulting firm, or serving as an internal consultant within industry
- At least 5 years of experience working in the Utility industry or with Utility industry clients
- Functional knowledge across all areas of SAP C4C and SAP IS-Utility
- Experience in deploying and leading teams in the deployment of the SAP IS-U Device Management, EDM, Billing, FI/CA, and IDE modules in electric, gas, water, and combined utilities supporting residential, commercial, and industrial class customers
- Solution design experience of billing processes and procedures and support of billing programs such as a landlord, collective billing execution, reversals, and other billing-specific procedures
- Web service development including SOAP XML-based and REST-based
- HANA-related development - Modelling, SQL Script, AMDPs, and CDS views
- Participation in at least 4 end-to-end SAP implementations, with at least 2 in a Lead role
- Experience leading blueprint design workshops with cross-functional stakeholders
- S4 HANA implementation experience
- Ability to travel up to 50% based on work you do and the client and industries/sectors you serve.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Desired:
- Prior "Big 4" consulting experience
- Deep knowledge of the technical and business master data and the integration points that enable the IS-U data model and C4C integration.
- Experience in the batch job processing chains and exceptions management process.
- Experience leading pre-sales, proposals, and RFPs.
- Experience managing senior-level client relationships.
- Experience with developing eminence, thoughtware, and point-of-view materials.
- Implementation experience with SAP ASAP and Agile methodologies
- Signavio experience
- Greenfield implementation experience
- Master's degree

Wages + Salary
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $131,175 to $218,625.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
