SAP CPQ Senior Consultant

Deloitte Digital offers services that enable client solutions using digital technologies, including the Web, Mobile, Social Networking, Digital Strategy, Digital Content and Digital ERP. The Digital Web team works with clients to advise, design, implement and deploy CPQ solutions. Our CPQ capabilities provide our clients with robust solutions to drive sales and enable channel partners and end-customers with a low or no-touch Configure, Price, Quote capability that removes friction in the Quote-To-Order and Lead-To-Cash processes.

Work you'll do
- Act as a lead on client projects and for junior staff.
- Help define business requirements and process design (including scenario design and flow mapping).
- Create functional designs, prototyping test planning and execution, training coordination, and documentation of operational support procedures.
- Help clients define forward-looking business strategies related to digital transformations.
The Team
Deloitte's Advertising, Marketing & Commerce team creates content, communications, and experiences that engage and inspire our client's customers to act. We implement and operate the technology platforms that enable personalized content, commerce, and marketing user-centric experiences. We build and operate complex, modern, customer-centric B2B and B2C marketing experiences and digital products across all digital touchpoints and offer a full in-house advertising and marketing agency.
Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience
- 2+ of experience working with a major CPQ technology vendor solution preferably SAP Callidus CPQ or SAP Hybris CPQ; or other relevant platforms such as Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick), Oracle CPQ (Big Machines) and Apptus CPQ
- Bachelor's Degree, advanced degree preferred
- Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred
- Proven experience building CPQ and lead-to-cash solution
- Good understanding of Quote-To-Order and Lead-To-Cash processes
- Good understanding of product structures (made to stock, made to order), configurations, product pricing and quote management
- Hands on experience with CPQ configuration including organization, market, currency, simple and configurable products, attributes, compatibility rules, pricing, quote design, proposal documents and scripting extensions
- Experience with software development and scripting technologies. E.g., Python, .net, UI5 framework and SQL
- An understanding of information architecture related to sales, dealer or customer experience and usability design techniques
- An Understanding of internet technologies, including ecommerce, mobile, social, SEO, and analytics platforms
- A deep understanding of project management methods and techniques
- Work independently or as part of a team to manage and complete multiple task assignments
- Identify client business issues through vendor/Deloitte client team and facilitate solution development
- Demonstrate clear and understandable oral and written communications, including development of client presentations (MS Visio, MS Office)
- Utilize appropriate problem solving and troubleshooting techniques to resolve engagement issues
- Make well informed decisions by exercising mature judgment
- Develop trusting relationships with clients to identify key stakeholders
- Lead and drive proposal content creation and orals presentations
- Maintain current understand of market and competitive landscape to build go-to-market strategies that differentiate positioning with vendors and clients
- Eagerness to mentor junior staff

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $131,175 to $218,625.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
