The SAP Offering provides design, implementation, and ongoing operations and maintenance of SAP applications and technology. Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using SAP CPI.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and maintenance for SAP CPI, SAP BTP, and SAP PI/PO projects
  • Develop and execute Groovy scripts or JavaScript as needed for integration tasks
  • Monitor and administer SAP CPI applications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
  • Apply best practices in SAP CPI design and error handling mechanisms
  • Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work
  • Adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP PO/PI, CPI, BTP with a strong understanding of integration concepts
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Must be eligible to receive a security clearance
  • Experience in government and public sector projects is a plus but not mandatory
  • Knowledge of SAP ABAP programming is a plus but not mandatory
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Familiarity with EDI, APIs, SQL, and other integration technologies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • At least 5 years of relevant Information Technology experience

Preferred Skills:

  • At least 5 years of experience with EAI Platforms in design and development
  • At least 5 years of experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) along with SAP Process Integration/Process Orchestration (PI/PO) in development and support projects
  • Proven experience in the design and development of integration solutions using SAP CPI
  • Hands-on support experience in SAP CPI, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and SAP PI/PO projects
  • Proficiency in Groovy scripting or JavaScript
  • Strong knowledge of SAP CPI monitoring and application administration activities
  • Understanding of SAP CPI design best practices, error handling mechanisms, and SAP PI/PO architecture
  • Experience working in an onshore/offshore model
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact directly with clients
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel
  • Expected to co-locate in your designated office/USDC location up to 30% of the time
  • Must live in a commutable distance to or be willing to relocate to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Must be able to obtain the required level of security clearance for this role (depending on requirements of specific role)
