Technical Architect in our Salesforce project which involves implementation of a Legal Case Management solution involving certain managed packages like Litify, BOX and S-Docs. The Architect needs to play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation and integration of Salesforce solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of the Salesforce, various tools and methodologies, and the ability to lead technical teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technical solutions that align with business requirements and leverage the capabilities of Salesforce and Litify.
- Design scalable and efficient architecture that integrates Litify with existing systems and other third-party applications.
- Ensure the architecture adheres to best practices and industry standards.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality of deliverables.
- Mentor and train team members on Salesforce best practices and Litify.
- Oversee the customisation and configuration of Salesforce and Litify to meet specific business needs.
- Implement complex workflows, process automation, and custom integrations.
- Ensure seamless data migration and integration between Salesforce and other systems.
- Good experience with Case Management solutions.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and other team members to gather and understand requirements.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable tasks.
- Communicate technical concepts and project status to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Utilize tools like Omnistudio for building guided interactions and data-rich applications.
- Implement and manage deployment processes using Copado for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).
- Plan and execute data migration strategies, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption to
- Apply Agile methodologies and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) principles to manage and deliver projects efficiently.
- Participate in SAFe ceremonies, such as PI (Program Increment) planning, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Ensure alignment with SAFe practices to enhance collaboration and improve delivery timelines

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems. Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of consulting and/or relevant industry experience
- Prior experience Managing and/or Leading Team
- Extensive experience with Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom development.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with managed packages, particularly Litify, and understanding of their customization and integration.
- Hands-on experience with Litify for implementing a robust Legal Case Management solution.
- Ability to design and implement complex business processes using Litify.
- Strong knowledge of Copado for managing Salesforce deployments and CI/CD processes.
- Experience in setting up and maintaining Copado pipelines, managing version control, and automating deployments.
- Proven experience in planning and executing data migration projects.
- Familiarity with data migration tools and techniques, ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Understanding of SAFe principles and experience in implementing SAFe practices in projects.
- Ability to work within a SAFe environment, participating in PI planning, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Client facing experience working with business and IT client stakeholders in leading an architectural / technical design and gain acceptance from cross functional client and vendor team
- Strong Core Consulting skills such as organization and communication both written and verbal
- Ability to travel 20%-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Must be located in Dallas, TX , Austin, TX
