We are seeking a dedicated Human Capital Recruiting Specialist to advise Government and Public Services (GPS) clients through critical and complex issues, while allowing you to develop personally and professionally.

Work You'll Do:
- Position Descriptions and Job Announcements: Build and maintain position descriptions and job announcements through common recruiting platforms such as Monster Government Solutions and Monster.com.
- End-to-End Recruiting and Hiring Lifecycle Operations: Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle, including job definition, candidate sourcing, evaluation, selection, management/tracking, interview logistics, and job offers.
- Candidate Management: Handle multiple active candidates within the recruiting lifecycle, ensuring high-quality candidate experiences and reporting progress to clients.
- Data Management: Maintain data across multiple systems and steps in the process for multiple candidates simultaneously.
- Position Classification: Leverage understanding of position classification to establish job specifications, minimum qualifications, and job-related duties.
- Recruitment Activity Analysis: Provide detailed, data-driven analysis of recruitment activity effectiveness.
- Candidate Support: Assist candidates through the client's application process.
- Position Design and Compensation: Provide a full range of position design, compensation, pay, and workforce recruitment strategy.
- Marketing Tools Utilization: Utilize and maintain a working knowledge of marketing tools to publicize recruitment events through various channels (email, websites, presentations, social media, speeches, publications, official message traffic, banners, printed materials, and other promotional means).
- Sensitive Information Handling: Handle sensitive Personally Identifiable Information (PII) with care and confidentiality.
- Candidate Notifications: Notify candidates of selection/rejection after hiring managers have made their determinations.
Qualifications:
Required:
- 1+ year of experience in end-to-end recruiting and hiring lifecycle operations.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or a related field, or equivalent professional work experience.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Ability to travel up to 50% on average based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required US government security clearance for this role.
- Active Secret or Interim Secret clearance required.

Compensation:
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $61,120 to $91,680.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
