-Ability to evaluate and analyze program by developing metrics and industry benchmarks that can be used to evaluate large-scale innovations, projects, and implementations

-Skills in process mapping, gap analysis, end-state process visioning, and continuous process improvement with an emphasis on patient safety

-Experience preparing professional recurring leadership reports for various audiences

-Experience implementing High Reliability Organization (HRO) concepts and principles in large healthcare organizations with the goal to realize zero-harm, exceptional quality of care, enhanced employee engagement, and increased efficiency with high success probability and confidence

-Expertise in change management and leadership for large healthcare organizations

-Ability to monitor and analyze the progression of multiple projects while tracking dependencies and mitigating potential risks in collaboration with the client

Using deep sector knowledge and program management skills, we work alongside our clients to implement industry leading practices and manage their most important projects.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree required

• 4+ years of full-time work experience

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role

• Ability to travel 25% or more based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred:

  • Government Consulting experience highly preferred
  • Project Management
  • 1+ year healthcare or medical experience with intermediate knowledge of healthcare operations
  • Knowledge/experience with Microsoft Professional Suite (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project
  • Agile/Scrum
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or related certifications
