Work you'll do

  • Leadership and Coordination: Lead and coordinate the functional and Agile aspects of projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Requirement Gathering and Solution Design: Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, and design functional solutions.
  • Facilitation and Team Support: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, support the development team, and remove impediments.
  • Stakeholder Management and Communication: Act as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations.
  • Progress Tracking and Process Improvement: Track and report on the team's progress, identify and implement process improvements, and ensure functional solutions meet quality standards.
  • Collaboration with QA teams to perform pre-release and post release validation.
  • Conduct data validation and quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data capture mechanisms and feedback surveys.
  • Drive functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance release execution across multiple product lines and IT products, monitoring for opportunities to enhance overall SLDC efficiency.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics engineering, or other engineering or technical discipline, or 8+ years of relevant work experience.
  • 3-5+ years of prior managerial experience orchestrating related SDLC activities using Jira, and other industry forward procedures.
  • Prior experience managing software release activities for enterprise system in accordance with SAFe practices.
  • Scrum Master/software release experience with a system integrator delivering within large enterprises
  • Ability to travel 20 - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Ability to obtain or maintain the required security clearance based on the clients, industries, and sectors you serve
  • Ability to travel 20-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Preferred:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with senior stakeholders
  • Prior experience managing software release activities for enterprise systems in accordance with SAFe practices.
  • Prior managerial experience orchestrating related SDLC activities using Jira, and other industry forward procedures.
  • SAFe or SAFe for Government Certified
