Work you'll do
Prism Products are a group of AI-powered population segmentation solutions, including HealthPrism, PeoplePrism, Candidate360, and GivePrism, that enable cross-sector clients to better understand and tailor services to the populations they serve. We're looking for a practitioner to join Prism Products Operations & Engagement to ensure efficiency and coordination and develop tailored content for events and operational activities across the portfolio.

Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of conference planning and execution, including conference selection, abstract development, preparation, and logistics
- Coordinate and/or support Prism Products in-person and virtual events
- Own various aspects of delivery team on and offboarding, such as updating rosters, granting necessary access, post-project documentation, and quals development
- Support functional activities related to initiatives like HealthPrism Data Analytics Bootcamps, Prism Products All Hands, or Program Increment Planning
- Develop visual and written material, including PowerPoint decks, one-pagers, recorded demos, demo scripts, email newsletters, conference collateral and social media content
- Collaborate with leadership on events and content creation

The Hybrid Solutions and Incubation (HS&I) offering leads the development of major features and implementations, including helping to design the architecture for those features. This involves coding, testing, documenting, and helping to ensure successful deployment. Reviewing pull requests from other engineers are commonplace, as are pair programming and other similar duties. Our product and technical leaders collaborate frequently with engineers and rely on them to provide insightful feedback on the process, architecture, implementation, and quality of the product. Finally, our team troubleshoots issues in a timely manner which is critical to ensuring the stability of the platform and our client implementations.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- 1+ year of professional experience supporting a consulting environment in marketing, administrative, or operations functions
- Travel 5-25% depending on the clients and industries you serve
Preferred:
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally or work independently
- Excellent written and visual communication and ability to tailor based on audience and use case
- Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Strong attention to details and deadlines
- Ability to facilitate meetings with large audiences
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong project management and organizational skills
