  • Plan, research and create high quality communications deliverables including: Presentations, Briefings, Email announcements, and Reports
  • Developing and delivering change communication materials (to include strategic communication and training aides) focused on increasing user awareness and adoption of financial applications, new business processes, business rules, roles, terminology, and definitions associated with use of the applications as well as the adoption of new SOPs
  • Collaborate with team leaders and clients to determine change readiness and sustainability of various stakeholder groups
  • Participating in the development of deliverable content that meets the needs of the client and contract
  • Reviewing deliverables for accuracy and quality
  • Effectively track change management activities against a project schedule and timely communicate schedule milestones and progress to senior stakeholders

The Organization Transformation offering (OT) focuses on transforming the organization (and the providers that serve them) to support its business strategy. This includes changing the organization's culture, modernizing specific functions and re-designing the structure of an organization. Organization Transformation can occur at the enterprise, business unit, or functional level, involves both employers and providers across the Human Capital ecosystem, and requires a combination of change management actions to execute the transformation.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field required
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
  • 5+ years of experience in Strategic Communications, Change Management, or Stakeholder Engagement Planning
  • 3+ years of experience in facilitating Town Halls, Lunch and Learns, Survey Development and Administration.
  • 3+ years of experience in developing tailored communications - executive messaging, Newsletters, User Videos, Workforce Communications

Preferred:

  • 2+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience
