The team
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual in Oracle Permitting and Licensing to join our team at the Specialist Executive level. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Oracle's Permitting and Licensing software solutions, particularly within the context of state and local government operations. This role involves leading the implementation, customization, and optimization of Oracle Permitting and Licensing solutions to meet the specific needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership for the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Permitting and Licensing solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary executive point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements, and translating them into effective Oracle Permitting and Licensing solutions.
- Solution Architecture: Develop and design comprehensive permitting and licensing solutions that align with client needs and industry best practices.
- Customization and Configuration Oversight: Oversee the customization and configuration of Oracle Permitting and Licensing applications to meet specific client requirements.
- Executive Training and Support: Provide high-level training and support to clients and internal teams on Oracle Permitting and Licensing functionalities and best practices.
- Quality Assurance Leadership: Lead thorough testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability and performance of the implemented solutions.
- Documentation Management: Ensure the creation and maintenance of detailed documentation of project plans, configurations, customizations, and user guides.
- Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Stay updated with the latest Oracle Permitting and Licensing features and industry trends to continuously improve service offerings.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to deliver cohesive solutions.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in implementing and managing Oracle Permitting and Licensing solutions.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale Oracle Permitting and Licensing projects within state and local government sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Permitting and Licensing software, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.
- Strong understanding of government permitting and licensing processes and regulations.
- Exceptional project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
