As an Oracle HCM Implementation Manager for our Higher Education client, you will:

- Assist with tasks like system strategy and gathering business requirements, lead fit-gap analysis and design as-is and to-be business processes, demonstrate prototypes and configure functions, test and train clients on Oracle HCM Cloud
- Perform project tasks independently and lead workstreams, directing the efforts of others
- Participate in and lead the development of deliverable content that meets the needs of the client and contract
- Review deliverables for accuracy and quality
- Anticipate client needs and formulate solutions to client issues

The HR Transformation offering (HRT) changes how HR supports the business and workforce. In this disruptive world, HR can lead and address enterprise-wide issues. Our HR Transformation practice helps HR lead by creating strategy, applying design thinking to challenge current work methods, and navigating the evolving HR technology landscape to find the right digital solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience delivering Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions
- Experience with delivering HCM solutions for a Higher Education client
- Experience with leading at least one end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation project
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future
- Travel up to 50% on average, based on your work and clients
- Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle HCM Cloud Certified Implementation Specialist
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $125,000 to $208,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
