The Human Capital Offering Portfolio focuses on helping organizations manage and sustain their performance through their most important asset: their people. Centered on five core issues, this Portfolio signifies to the market that we see Human Capital as a topic critical to the C-Suite. The Deloitte Consulting HR Transformation practice is a $600M+ offering, with over 2,000 consulting practitioners, and is part of a $2B+ Human Capital Consulting team. Our practice encompasses HR Strategy, technical and functional Cloud HR enabling technologies.

Work you'll do
As an Oracle HCM Cloud Senior Manager, you will use your knowledge and experience with this premier SaaS tool to help your clients solve the most pressing issues facing their HR function today by:
- Maintaining a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate
- Leading your team to deliver superior results for your client
- Managing all aspects of the project, including monitoring and identifying any project issues early to be able to mitigate any risk for your client
- Building your reputation within the firm and in the market for the strong Oracle HCM Cloud knowledge you possess
- Forging strong relationships with both the clients and project teams that will contribute to your growth and development
The Oracle Enabled HR Transformation team
Our Oracle Enabled HR Transformation team includes practitioners with deep HR technology, operations, and industry experience, HR and Payroll professionals, technical architects, and consultants. We differentiate and win based on our understanding of the heart of business issues and enabling our client's experience with Oracle Cloud technology. We collaborate to design, implement, and integrate Oracle HCM cloud solutions to enable the transformation of the HR function and the overall employee experience. Our key services and offerings include:
- Oracle enabled HR transformation
- Core system replacement
- M&A support
- Implementation strategy and roadmap development
- Integration with workforce management solutions
- Application Management Services.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum of 10+ years' experience in the following areas:
- 8+ years of experience conducting several Full Life Cycle implementations of the Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) product, from planning to configuration through go-live
- 8+ years' experience leading a project team, including managing workstream leads to drive their work towards project deadlines and deliverables that are on target and beyond client expectations
- 8+ years' experience managing project financials, including monitoring for project issues and taking appropriate action to ensure an exceptional project completion for the client
- 8+ years' experience mentoring and sharing knowledge with colleagues, to continue to grow and develop your colleagues within the practice
- 4+ years' experience supporting the sales cycle, including but not limited to responding to Requests for Proposals, presenting at Orals, contributing to the creation of Statements of Work
- Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred:
- Oracle HCM Cloud Certification(s)
- Consulting firm experience
- Superior communications skills, both verbal and written
- Strong functional and/or technical knowledge of the Oracle HCM Cloud system
- Experience with Excel, Visio and PowerPoint

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $193,725 to $322,875.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
