As an Oracle Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Functional Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping organizations optimize their procurement and accounts payable processes using Oracle P2P solutions.

  1. Solution Design and Implementation
    • Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
    • Solution Architecture: Design and architect Oracle P2P solutions that align with business needs and best practices.
    • Configuration: Configure Oracle P2P to meet the specified requirements.
    • Customization: Develop custom solutions and enhancements to address unique business needs.
  2. Project Management
    • Stakeholder Management: Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates, manage expectations, and ensure alignment with project goals.
    • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  3. Data Management
    • Data Integration: Design and implement data integration processes to ensure seamless data flow between Oracle P2P and other enterprise systems.
    • Data Validation: Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous validation and reconciliation processes.
    • Data Analysis: Analyze procurement and financial data to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
  4. Compliance and Governance
    • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that Oracle P2P solutions comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  5. Collaboration and Communication
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, finance, IT, and other business units to ensure Oracle P2P solutions meet organizational needs.

They also help clients address digital transformation by designing modern applications and industry-specific solutions to improve flexibility, scalability, and cost management. Practitioners deliver "heart of the business" projects and work closely with client leaders in finance, logistics, manufacturing, shop floor, scheduling, engineering and design, IT, and project management. Teams assess current business processes and capabilities as part of digital transformation initiatives and support strategic priorities across clients' enterprises.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and implementing Oracle P2P solutions.
  • Proficiency in Oracle P2P suite, including modules such as Oracle Procurement, Oracle Payables, and other related modules.
  • Strong understanding of procurement, accounts payable, and supply chain processes.
  • Experience with data integration and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and governance related to procurement and financial systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.
  • Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel.
  • Must live in a commutable distance to or be willing to relocate to one of the following Delivery locations: Gilbert, AZ; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Philadelphia, PA; Dallas, TX; Houston, TX.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with cloud-based Oracle P2P solutions.
  • Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
  • Certification in Oracle P2P or related technologies.
