Work you'll do/Responsibilities
An Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining Oracle EBS financial modules to meet the business needs of an organization.

1. Implementation and Configuration
- Requirement Analysis: Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to financial processes.
- Solution Design: Design Oracle EBS financial solutions that align with business requirements and best practices.
- Configuration: Configure Oracle EBS financial modules
- Customization: Develop customizations and enhancements to meet specific business needs.
2. Project Management
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide project updates and manage expectations.
- Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
3. Testing and Quality Assurance
- Test Planning: Develop comprehensive test plans to validate Oracle EBS financial module configurations and customizations.
- Testing Execution: Conduct unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the solution meets business requirements.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve issues discovered during testing phases.
4. User Training and Support
- Training Programs: Develop and deliver training programs to educate end-users on Oracle EBS financial module functionalities and best practices.
- Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users to ensure smooth operation of Oracle EBS financial modules.
5. Upgrades and Patches: Manage system upgrades and apply patches to ensure the Oracle EBS environment is up-to-date and secure.

Teams assess current business processes and capabilities as part of digital transformation initiatives and support strategic priorities across clients' enterprises.
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 3+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and maintaining Oracle EBS financial modules to meet the business needs of an organization
- Experience with Delivery Operations
- Experience with Project Coordination
- Experience with Finance Tracking
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.
- Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- Must live in a commutable distance to or be willing to relocate to one of the following Delivery locations: Gilbert, AZ; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA; Charlotte, NC; Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; or Houston, TX
