Work You'll Do
As an ARA Cloud Strategy and Implementation Senior Consultant, you will implement and deploy NetSuite solutions:
- Work within an engagement team by identifying business requirements and managing functional design. Prototype, design processes, test, perform cutover, train, define support procedures, lead work streams, and support implementations.
- Provide NetSuite consulting expertise using industry experience, business analysis, and best practices. Use a pragmatic mindset to address clients' complex requirements.
- Implement and deploy NetSuite solutions accommodating unique industry, business, and management processes, regulatory requirements and other business requirements.
- Conduct business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions with clients to determine configuration requirements both on-site and remote.
- Prepare Business Requirements and Technical Scoping Documents from the mapping sessions. Provide proposed solutions for client approval.
- Create functional requirements as an input to application design.
- Build, develop, and test detailed functional designs as well as scripted customized solutions for business solution components and prototypes.
- Drive test planning, execution, and optimization support.
- Troubleshoot issues that arise during configuration sessions.
- Provide ongoing post-implementation support to optimize user adoption and NetSuite configuration.

Required:
- Bachelor's or Advanced degree in accounting, business, finance or other business-related field; computer science, information systems, or other technology-related field
- 4+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience in Lead to Cash and Record to Report processes
- Experience with Intercompany, Consolidations, Multibook accounting, CTA Analysis, FX variances, and/or Financial Reporting
- Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients/sectors you serve
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred:
- Previous "Big 4" experience
- Certified NetSuite Professional (NetSuite Administrator / Suite Foundation / ERP Consultant / Multi-Book Consultant / ARM/Revenue Management)
- CPA certification
- Ability to manage teams and stakeholders in global locations
- NetSuite integrations and customizations
- ERP data migration and cutover experience
- Hands-on functional NetSuite ERP implementation experience
- Full life cycle NetSuite implementation experience including Design, Build, Test, Deploy, and Support phases
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills
- Ability to successfully manage client and team interactions, and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
- Eagerness to mentor junior staff
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a virtual environment
The wage range for this role considers many factors in compensation decisions. These include skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and business needs. The disclosed range estimate does not include geographic differences for the job location. At Deloitte, hiring at the top of the range is not typical. Compensation decisions depend on each case's facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $84,980 to $190,060.
You may also be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program. An award, if any, depends on various factors, including individual and organizational performance.
