Work you'll do :
As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Lead, you will play a pivotal role in understanding the client's business, modeling their processes into the ERP, and leveraging the product's strengths to meet requirements and bridge gaps to bring value. You will manage end-to-end implementations of D365 F&O, design comprehensive solutions, and provide industry best practices while interacting daily with your counterparts. Additionally, you will contribute to building the company's tools and assets, improve delivery processes, select software and ISVs, and train on new versions and tools to keep your knowledge sharp.

Responsibilities:
- Understand the client's business and model their processes into the ERP.
- Manage end-to-end implementations of D365 F&O.
- Design comprehensive solutions and provide industry best practices.
- Lead workshops and interact daily with key stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of company tools and assets.
- Evaluate and select appropriate software and ISVs.
- Stay updated on new versions and tools, and provide training.
- Establish and maintain trusted advisor status with customers.
- Provide guidance and oversight to multiple workstreams.
- Assist with project management activities or serve as project manager.
- Ensure cross-functional activities are coordinated and occurring as needed.

Serving federal, state, & local government clients as well as public higher education institutions, our team of over 15,000+ professionals brings fresh perspective to help clients anticipate disruption, reimagine the possible, and fulfill their mission promise.
The Emerging ERP Solutions practice helps implement cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications such as Workday Financials and Infor. Teams support finance and supply-chain transformations where the software is a true enabler of process change and cost reduction.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 8+ years of relevant consulting experience in a professional services environment, with a large or boutique consulting firm, or serving as an internal consultant within the industry.
- 4+ years of MS Dynamics 365 AX experience.
- 4+ full life cycle implementations in Finance or Operations.
- Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
- Sales experience.
- SCM experience.
