Work you'll do:

This role will be responsible for leading Deloitte Academy Operate projects at our Academy-as-a-Service offering (AaaS). AaaS is focused on supporting our clients by augmenting their capabilities to build and deliver learning solutions for their employees, clients, and partners. The right candidate will have experience overseeing multiple, cross-functional teams simultaneously.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading a globally distributed team, maintaining a hands-on role with accountability for quality, schedule, risk, issues, and resource management.
  • Driving operational processes and delivery of learning solutions with a focus on efficiency, quality, and continual improvement.
  • Managing day-to-day interactions and communications with Academy leaders, clients, and other key stakeholders as appropriate.
  • Providing leadership and support for delivery teams.
  • Participating in staff recruitment, engagement, and retention activities.
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans and initiatives to enhance the Academy-as-a-Service (AaaS) offerings and expand market reach.
  • Monitoring and analyzing KPIs to ensure the achievement of business objectives and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies across all projects and operations.
  • Leading organization of learning experience design and development, including:
  • Learning organization and governance design
  • Learning curation strategy and execution
  • Learning operations management
  • Curriculum analysis and design
  • Application of digital learning tools and technologies
  • Managing learning product roadmap

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6+ years of relevant management consulting or industry experience
  • 6+ years of experience as a Project Manager successfully managing and implementing large, complex projects with multi-functional teams
  • 6+ years of learning design experience
  • 6+ years of learning curation strategy & execution experience
  • 6+ years of learning tools & technologies experience
  • 6+ years of learning operations management experience
  • 6+ years of learning transformation strategy & roadmap development experience
  • 6+ years of learning organization & governance design experience
  • 6+ years of curriculum analysis & design experience
  • 6+ years of learning product roadmap management experience
  • 6+ years working in software development life cycle models as well as strong knowledge of both agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment
  • 6+ years of experience managing staff and leading medium to large-sized teams
  • Ability to travel 10 - 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred Skills:

  • Excellent organizational skills - must be able to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent writing skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • Strong client presence with project management, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Ability to inspire and motivate the team, set clear goals, and foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
  • Experience with Excel, Visio and Power point

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $144,600 - $241,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
