Work you'll do/Responsibilities:

  • Partner with project implementation team by leading the necessary scheduling services.
  • Deliver implementation and org-level project schedules and associated reports.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on project deliverables, timetables, risks, and challenges.
  • Update and incorporate project related tasks into the CWDS master schedule.
  • Maintain various reports and dashboards related to the project.
  • Lead scheduling across multiple stakeholder groups and manage end-to-end concurrent projects.
  • Shape processes that increase efficiencies in accordance with project delivery service levels agreement requirements.
  • Provide general support to the Implementation Manager.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelors' degree preferably in business related field and/or equivalent professional work experience.
  • 10+ years of experience as a project scheduler leading and reporting on multiple sub-project schedules on one or more IT implementation.
  • Experience scheduling IT Implementation projects that have a minimum of 5,000 active users.
  • 10+ years of experience producing summary extracts of master schedules in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel formats.
  • Has led at least 2 implementation projects that have had a value of at least 10 million dollars within the last 10 years.
  • Exposure to creating project plans & schedules that display project milestones in accordance with SDLC and PMP governance guidelines.
  • Ability to lead the integration of workplans utilizing technology tools (such as Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, and other similar best practices project management techniques) for project reporting.
  • Advanced knowledge/experience with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Professional Suite (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint).
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.
  • Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
