Work you'll do
As a Manager in Tax Growth and Development at Deloitte, you will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering transformative learning experiences that enhance technology adoption and readiness. You will lead key initiatives that align with the strategic priorities of our Tax practice, build strong stakeholder relationships, and influence critical developmental decisions. Key responsibilities include:
- Innovative Leadership: Spearhead the design, development, pilot, delivery, and evaluation of groundbreaking technology learning and capability development solutions that empower Deloitte professionals to excel.
- Strategic Execution: Collaborate with Development Leadership, senior leaders, and cross-functional Talent stakeholders to drive Growth & Development strategies that align with our business goals.
- Curriculum Management: Oversee the technology curriculum, creating new solutions and maintaining existing assets to ensure continuous learning and development.
- Team Leadership: Lead diverse project teams, including Development Specialists, Subject Matter Experts, Delivery Managers, vendors, and India-based instructional designers and technical teams, to deliver impactful curriculum, programs, and processes.
- Innovative Implementation: Align project teams and stakeholders to deploy highly effective and innovative learning solutions, such as digitized content, personalized learning paths, and development in the flow of work.
- Compliance Assurance: Ensure all learning initiatives comply with regulatory and Deloitte policies, including Continuing Professional Education and quality standards.
- Collaborative Partnerships: Build and nurture positive, collaborative relationships with business stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts, and peers to drive success.
- Expert Problem-Solving: Provide functional expertise to identify, research, and resolve complex challenges, ensuring seamless learning experiences.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 8 years of related professional experience in design, development and delivery with adult learning programs and training experiences
- Strong command of Microsoft Office skills and ability to produce high-quality deliverables:
- In Excel, aggregate and analyze operational data to identify insights and trends
- In PowerPoint, tell a logically structured, succinct, and compelling story tailored to your audience; identify clear and actionable asks
- In Word, create clear, concise, professional communications and resources
- In Teams, effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders to maximize efficiency and version control
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Ability to travel 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred
- Experience working in a learning and development organization is beneficial
- Prior consulting or professional services experience, preferred
- Technology instructional design experience, preferred

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $84,300 - $155,400.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
