As a Specialist, you will join the strategic marketing team that supports one of Audit & Assurance's leading market offering portfolios, Accounting, Controls and Reporting Advisory (ACRA). Leveraging agile methodologies, you will coordinate the execution of innovative marketing strategies to propel our growth priorities in areas such as sustainability, internal audit and technical accounting, among others. Collaborating closely with your teammates, you will amplify the visibility and influence of our Accounting, Controls, and Reporting Advisory services in the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing overarching marketing strategies to build visibility for market offerings
- Support the development of strategic briefs (business cases) for planned Accounting, Controls and Reporting Advisory marketing campaigns
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Accounting, Controls and Reporting Advisory market offerings, target industries, sectors and segments
- Keep a pulse on the competitive landscape and emerging trends bringing insights to the marketing team
- Assist in the creation of new and relevant content (POVs, papers, other assets) including promotion through various digital channels
- Collaborate with the broader Audit & Assurance marketing team to enhance visibility across events, sponsorships, industry marketing, public relations/communications, digital platforms, and client marketing activities
- Facilitate leadership/stakeholder approvals of marketing strategy, content, and deliverables
- Report on campaign success, insights, and leading practices using metrics and KPIs to inform future tactics
- Monitor progress of multiple projects by tracking activities, budget spend and outcomes
Skills and Competencies
• Understanding of the Audit and Assurance business including priority issues facing companies and key buyers
- Understanding of integrated marketing and communications strategies and how they come together to deliver measurable results
- High level of comfort with ambiguity and fluid priorities; ability to manage multiple, complex projects
- Strong persuasive communication skills; ability to gain consensus through influence
- Superior relationship management skills
- Excellent verbal and oral communication skills
- Ability to excel in a primarily virtual environment
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree, ideally with a focus in Marketing
• 5 plus years of experience in marketing and communications, experience in professional services marketing a plus
- Superior Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience measuring, tracking, and leveraging KPI's to track campaign success
- Excellent command of MSFT Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project)

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80,400 to $148,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
