We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a background in Agile project management to support our client with product line management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the development and launch of new products, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities: -
Agile Sprint Planning and Execution:
- Collaborate with the product owner and cross-functional teams to define and prioritize the product backlog.
- Facilitate sprint planning sessions to ensure clear understanding of sprint goals and deliverables.
- Monitor and support the execution of sprints, ensuring that teams stay on track and meet their commitments.
- Assist in the refinement and grooming of the product backlog to ensure it is well-defined and prioritized.
Agile Ceremonies:
- Ensure that Agile ceremonies are productive, time-efficient, and focused on continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability within the team.
Reporting and Metrics:
- Track and report on key Agile metrics, such as velocity, burn-down charts, and cycle time, to measure team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sprint progress, product performance, and team health to stakeholders and senior management.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Customer and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and new features.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding product-related inquiries.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers and internal teams.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Agile practices.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in project management, with an emphasis on Agile project management.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
- Track record of successfully managing and launching products in an Agile environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and the product development lifecycle.
- Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Proficiency in Agile project management tools (e.g., Rally, JIRA, Asana, Trello) and product management software (e.g., Aha!, Productboard).
- Previous Consulting experience in Civil Government Sector
- Public Trust clearance
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Washington, DC, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to Washington, DC, and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $85,000 to $112,000. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
