Work you'll do

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional with 2+ years of experience to support daily operations within a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage schedules, and prepare various reports, among other responsibilities.

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service in person, via phone, and via email
  • IT Support Orders: Process customer IT support orders efficiently and accurately
  • Report Preparation: Prepare various IT support reports using Excel and PowerPoint
  • Database Management: Update and maintain project databases to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Schedule Management: Manage the project manager's schedule, ensuring all appointments and meetings are organized
  • Travel: Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally to customer locations as needed
  • Flexible Schedule: Adapt to a flexible schedule to accommodate sync meetings with the project manager, especially when they are traveling
  • Report Review: Review and revise reports created by other team members to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Direct Reporting: Report directly to the project manager
  • Remote Work: Limited remote work may be authorized, not to exceed 2 workdays per week. Must be available for phone conferences and calls on remote workdays during normal work hours

The Finance & Enterprise Performance (F&EP) teams advise, implement, and deliver as-a-service solutions to help clients develop strategies and capabilities that support enterprise-wide decision-making, develop operating models to optimize organizational performance, improve finance operations, and create impact within their organizations.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum requirement of an Associate's degree required
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
  • Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Secret security clearance required
  • Current passport required
