The successful candidate will work with the Deloitte team to implement, maintain, and enhance its enterprise-level data architecture using Informatica PowerCenter.

Work as part of a team to support work streams in an Agile Hybrid software development environment as an ETL Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) data integration developer to support multiple work streams on a government client engagement.

Work with Business Analysts and Data Modelers to understand requirements.

Design and develop sustainable database ETL applications to support those requirements.

Create technical design documents that capture source to target mapping, define transformation algorithms, and document data quality rules.

The Artificial Intelligence & Data Engineering team leverages the power of data, analytics, robotics, science and cognitive technologies to uncover hidden relationships from vast troves of data, generate insights, and inform decision-making. Together with the Strategy practice, our Strategy & Analytics portfolio helps clients transform their business by architecting organizational intelligence programs and differentiated strategies to win in their chosen markets.

Artificial Intelligence & Data Engineering will work with our clients to:

Implement large-scale data ecosystems including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights leveraging cloud-based platforms.

Leverage automation, cognitive and science-based techniques to manage data, predict scenarios and prescribe actions.

Drive operational efficiency by maintaining their data ecosystems, sourcing analytics expertise and providing As-a-Service offerings for continuous insights and improvements.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ Years of experience with ETL development
  • At least 6 months of work experience with ETL Informatica Cloud Services (IICS)
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA; with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations
  • Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain US Security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge to convert PowerCenter workflows to IICS platform
  • Expertise in ETL data management areas such as ETL and database architecture and design, data warehouse design and implementation, administration
  • Extensive experience interacting with business users to analyze their business processes and requirements. Gather and validate those requirements into database and ETL mapping ad designs to ingest and transform the data and help the user visualize the data and key insights through the reports
  • Develop, maintain and test all IICS workflows. Conduct the testing process and resolve all defects
  • Creating the Unit test cases and test queries for testing the IICS code
  • Candidate should have experience with trouble-shooting Informatica session failures and the ability to performance tune mappings.
  • Candidate must have strong SQL experience and an understanding of dimensional data models to design a robust and secure Data modeling experience to design Datawarehouse
  • Performance tuning experience in IICS, Informatica and SQL
  • Strong skills in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using Agile methodologies
