The GPS Strategy offering leads strategic planning & portfolio management and reporting & monitoring workstreams. This includes day-to-day client interaction and leads to the creation of relevant resources and materials (such as strategic plans, roadmaps, etc.) and work products (such as development of performance metrics, tracking dashboards, etc.) in order to successfully implement client vision.

Work you'll do:

  • Conduct activities to manage the currency, relevancy, and accuracy of work roles/occupational groups.
    • Perform competency assessments and gap analysis
    • Conduct job task analysis to support talent management functions (e.g., certification, pre-hire assessments) to include preparation for AI-related workforce changes.
    • Develop technical reports in accordance with certification and accreditation requirements.
    • Support workforce planning activities (research, analysis, planning, execution, monitoring)
    Skills and Experience:
    • Strong analytical skills to conduct thorough assessments and analysis
    • Proficient in job task analysis

Qualifications

Required:

  • Master's degree is required.
  • TS/SCI w POLY clearance required
  • 7+ years of Human Capital experience
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Ability to be on-site 100% of the time in Springfield, VA
  • Conducting literature reviews, data analysis and statistics, survey development, focus group facilitation, and preparing technical reports.
  • Familiarity and ability to apply federal and state employment guidelines required

Preferred:

  • Survey Design and Execution
  • Data Analysis and Reporting
  • IBM SPSS Statistics highly desired
  • I/O Psychology degree highly desired

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $86,000 to $143,000.
