Work You'll Do

The mission of this role is to enable the delivery and sustainment of secure and resilient capabilities to key stakeholders and international partners quickly and cost-effectively. This position will support priorities including rapidly responding to operational needs, modernizing critical deterrent capabilities, executing acquisition reforms, sustaining essential systems, collaborating with emerging partners, and ensuring a robust, secure, resilient, and innovative industrial base. The position also supports the mission to ensure robust, secure, resilient, and innovative industrial capabilities upon which the organization can rely in an era of great power competition to fulfill current and future operational capabilities.

  • Identify, analyze, and utilize data on the industrial base to increase visibility and direct strategic decision-making.
  • Leverage experience in government contracting and program executive offices.
  • Utilize skills in reviewing and analyzing various data sources (e.g., contract, budgeting, programming, Government, and commercial data).
  • Analyze market trends and industrial base capacity to improve future assessments and investments for building industrial base resilience long-term.
  • Strong capabilities in client interaction, program management, performance reviews, solution design, budget monitoring, and issue resolution.
  • Enhance the strength of strategic and critical materials supply chains and policies.
  • Subject matter expertise in areas such as ITAR, CFIUS, FOCI, Industrial engineering, Smart Manufacturing, Industry 4.0, IoT, Model-based systems engineering, and Digital Twin.
  • Identify associated risks and appropriate mitigation for contract execution.
  • Review past and present policies, oversight mechanisms, and other authorities to determine how the organization can more effectively incentivize its supplier base.
  • Skills in identifying data needed for enterprise-level visibility into supply chain health, opportunities, and risks.

Qualifications

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in strategy support, business action planning, and senior-level client engagement management.
  • Experience in leading projects, process improvement, systems alignment, and conducting organizational assessments and program audits.
  • Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI (Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information) clearance.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
