Work you'll do

In this role, the Field Inspector will travel to conduct site verification inspections at client locations and prepare reports that display key findings from the visits. The individual will also provide overall project coordination in areas such as field support and quality assurance. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who are well diverse in conducting inspections, operations delivery, logistics planning, and quality assurance. The position requires that the candidate be available for 100% travel by car or air, as well as occasional overnight stays.

  • Conduct site inspections at locations assigned by the project team
  • Operate as a team analyst to fulfill project needs and client requirements as outlined in the Statement of Work
  • Coordinate and dispatch field inspector schedules strategically according to client work rules and deliverables
  • Proactively escalate and resolve field inspector issues
  • Create and implement recommendations to account management to improve field team tools, resources, and training materials
  • Monitor the schedule of activities to ensure account team is meeting client deliverables; escalating issues as they arise to team lead
  • Consistently review project deliverables and provide feedback to leadership to ensure quality and consistency across team members

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Flexibility to travel up to 100% locally and across the Western Region of the United States
  • Skillful and fluid communicator, possessing the flexibility to communicate effectively with others
  • Ability to work independently and without direct supervision, while adhering to strict deadlines
  • Ability to efficiently plan logistics routes to conduct inspections across different regions
  • Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment by using industry knowledge and fully comprehending clients' business models and needs

Qualifications

Required:

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
  • Travel up to 100% and overnight stays
  • Must have a high school diploma, Bachelors Degree highly preferred
  • 2+ years of relevant experience working in operations or customer service (such as administration, hospitality, retail, or healthcare)
  • Valid US driver's license
  • Personal vehicle required for travel
  • Must reside in the specified job posted region located West of the Mississippi within a 4-hour driving radius or airport hub
  • Proficiency with all current technology and Microsoft Office programs, including, but not limited to:
    • iPad / tablet / notebook / smartphone functionality
    • Comfortable with either Android and Apple system
    • Ability to download and interact with mobile applications
    • Laptop functionality
    • Video conferencing software (e.g., Zoom)
    • Ability to utilize multiple web applications (at least 3) at one time
    • Microsoft Teams
    • Microsoft Excel (Basic)
