Work you'll do
As an OTT Insurance Transformation Manager, you will bring considerable industry and technical expertise to deliver effective solutions to clients. Other position responsibilities include:
- Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors.
- Manage and deliver components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and creative business solutions for large Insurance Carriers/companies.
- Responsibilities include, among others, managing teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures.
- Hands on technical expertise specifically related to Integration to complex legacy applications.
- Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies.
- Communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 6 years consulting or relevant Insurance experience within Property & Casualty - Personal Lines, Commercial lines, Specialty Insurance
- 6 years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance Solutions with Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, Origami or similar package
- 6 years of experience working in one of the following Insurance sub service areas: User experience, Integration, Claims, Billing & Payments, Policy Administration, Underwriting or Distribution
- 4 years of experience leading Guidewire Billing Center technical and functional activity
- Minimum 4 full life cycle implementations of Large-Scale System Delivery Experience preferably for Policy Administration, Billing Systems and/or Claims Systems
- 3+ years of experience managing large Business Integration effort and project teams through all phases of the project lifecycle from scoping and planning, requirements gathering, design, development, and testing,
- 6 years of experience in translating requirements into optimized designs, and identifying design alternatives and implications on functionality, effort, performance and operations
- 3 years of experience in custom software development projects
- 4+ years of experience estimating and planning Large Scale System Implementations
- Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

- Advanced degree
- CPCU, AIC, ARM Certification
- Guidewire Integration or Configuration certification (ACE certification)
- 4 years of experience delivering via an Agile/Scrum methodology
- Agile / SAFe / Scrum Master / PMP Certification
- 4 years of experience with Business Process Modeling (BPM) tools, Business rules integration
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $137,700 to $229,500.
