Our Strategy & Analytics portfolio helps clients leverage rigorous analytical capabilities and a pragmatic mindset to solve the most complex of problems. By joining our team, you will play a key role in helping to our clients uncover hidden relationships from vast troves of data and transforming the Government and Public Services marketplace.

Work you'll do

The GPS Strategist will be an integral part of a cross-functional team that supports the clients efforts to mature its data and AI capabilities. The role involves supporting the development of strategies, frameworks, policies, trainings, communication materials, and/or processes in support of client priorities, with a particular focus on AI and Generative AI. The strategist may conduct discovery with stakeholders, design and facilitate workshops, analyze internal and external standards and practices around data and AI use, examine government mandates and best practices around data and AI, and present findings to clients.

The GPS Strategy offering leads strategic planning & portfolio management and reporting & monitoring workstreams. This includes day-to-day client interaction and leads to the creation of relevant resources and materials (such as strategic plans, roadmaps, etc.) and work products (such as development of performance metrics, tracking dashboards, etc.) in order to successfully implement client vision.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Must have an Active Secret level or above government security clearance
  • Must be in the DMV area, and willing to commute into DC up to 2 days a week.
  • 1+ years experience working independently with minimal supervision and complete tasks in a timely manner
  • 1+ years experience designing and developing presentation slides and executive briefings
  • 1+ years experience conducting research and applying analytical thinking to develop reports and deliver strategic recommendations.
  • 1+ years of project experience with Microsoft Office applications and tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)

Preferred:

  • Experience in federal consulting, specifically in stakeholder management
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Awareness of AI and data usage, specifically within the government sector
