Work You'll Do:

Assist the Deloitte team in utilizing Human Centered Design methodologies to develop a roadmap of system changes and enhancements that meets the evolving needs of healthcare end-users. This team member will also assist in assessing Worker Portal operations through in-person client site visits and develop a modernization recommendation report. This individual will utilize skillsets such as stakeholder engagement / management and change management / change strategy to conduct this work.

This includes changing the organization's culture, modernizing specific functions and re-designing the structure of an organization. Organization Transformation can occur at the enterprise, business unit, or functional level, involves both employers and providers across the Human Capital ecosystem, and requires a combination of change management actions to execute the transformation.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Ability to work on site in Frankfort, KY up to 25%
  • 2+ years of organizational change management and / or organizational transformation experience
  • 2+ years of experience utilizing Human Centered Design methodologies
  • 2+ years of experience handling stakeholder management and stakeholder engagement

Preferred:

  • Prior Management Consulting experience
