Work you'll do

A successful candidate will contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of our SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. This role involves working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, understanding user requirements, and translating them into functional specifications.

The role includes all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), key responsibilities include:
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand and define software requirements.
• Convert user requirements into functional specifications.
• Work closely with developers to ensure requirements are understood and met.
• Participate in software design and review sessions.
• Develop and execute test scripts to include unit, functional, and regression testing.
• Facilitate demos for User Acceptance Testing with key stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues.
• Participate in quality assurance processes, including testing and validation of software functionality.
• Provide support during software implementation and post-implementation phases.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
  • Experience collecting requirements and facilitating customer design sessions and demos
  • Experience designing and documenting software solutions
  • Experience writing test scripts and conducting unit, functional, and regression testing
  • Thorough understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Background in Information Systems or related field

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proactive mindset and ability to handle uncertainty
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools
