Position Summary
Deloitte's Enterprise Performance professionals are leaders in optimizing operations that span the entire enterprise of an organization, from strategy to implementation and operation. Work you'll do
A successful candidate will contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of our SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. This role involves working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, understanding user requirements, and translating them into functional specifications.

The role includes all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), key responsibilities include:
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand and define software requirements.
• Convert user requirements into functional specifications.
• Work closely with developers to ensure requirements are understood and met.
• Participate in software design and review sessions.
• Develop and execute test scripts to include unit, functional, and regression testing.
• Facilitate demos for User Acceptance Testing with key stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues.
• Participate in quality assurance processes, including testing and validation of software functionality.
• Provide support during software implementation and post-implementation phases.

Our CCG practitioners bring a collaborative mindset, an appetite for continuous learning, and a desire to grow their skills in meaningful ways - all while delivering exceptional client service.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
- Experience collecting requirements and facilitating customer design sessions and demos
- Experience designing and documenting software solutions
- Experience writing test scripts and conducting unit, functional, and regression testing
- Thorough understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Background in Information Systems or related field

- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proactive mindset and ability to handle uncertainty
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools
