Our Digital Customer team focuses on designing and implementing sales and service experiences, capabilities, and architectures to bring customer strategies to life. Our ambition is to be the best in the world at driving customer transformation through the development of clever commercial strategies, distinctive experiences, and the application of digital technologies. We help make the "creative digital consultancy" real and in doing so, make new markets.

Professionals will serve our clients through the following types of work:

  • Customer Operations | modernize, deploy, and operate office capabilities and business processes across sales operations, lead-to-cash, and revenue management team
  • Sales Excellence & Service Excellence | Integrate the latest technologies with leading-edge strategies, insights, experiences, and talent to enable outstanding customer service

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with developing and delivering solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform
  • Functional knowledge of all Dynamics CRM modules
  • Proficient in developing and deploying Power Apps (Canvas & Model Driven) primarily using Dataverse as the backend
  • Proficient in developing workflow automations using Power Automate and Dataverse Workflow engine
  • Experience in extending Dataverse using Plugin development, JavaScript, and tools like Ribbon Workbench
  • Experience in performing data migrations and integrations using Microsoft Power Automate, Dataflows, Data Gateways, and Custom Connectors.
  • Experience working with modern DevOps tools, including content repositories, version control, CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience building Power BI reports and Dashboards and embedding them within Power Apps
  • Core Skills: C#, JavaScript, Dataverse Web API, Plugin development
  • Experience with the design of conceptual architecture and technical solutions
  • Experience working with a team to deliver large, complex technology projects
  • A background working with offshore teams
  • Experience with multiple full life cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Experience in the end-to-end project delivery
  • Oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint) to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong commitment to professional client service excellence required
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or advanced certifications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Ability to travel up to 50% (While up to 50% travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice)

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Azure or other leading cloud platforms, such as AWS or Google
  • Experience with Power Pages and Copilot development
  • Experience developing integrations using Azure integrations toolset
  • Experience in extending Dataverse using Azure Functions and Logic Apps
  • Familiarity with SQL and Power Fx
  • Familiarity with other leading CRM applications, such as Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, or ServiceNow
  • Strong understanding of multiple SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, RUP, other)
  • Expertise in solution selling techniques such as identifying the client pain points, defining a solution, and contributing to a project proposal.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $131,175 to $218,625.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
