Digital Advertising & Paid Media Strategy, Manager
Are you a digital marketing professional with strong expertise in paid media and social media, unafraid to think differently, always strategic, and current on the latest trends? Are you a team player who can creatively build and activate paid media strategies aligned with business objectives? We are seeking a passionate and experienced digital paid media professional to play a key role in transforming our centralized paid media capabilities on behalf of the US Firm.
In this role, you'll contribute to the growth and transformation of the US Brand Strategy organization with a focus on advertising and paid media. You will be responsible for advancing a comprehensive digital media strategy across search, social, and programmatic channels, aimed at increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating leads. The ideal candidate will have proven success in building digital paid media strategies, driving effective activation, and demonstrating strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities
- Partner with Marketing, Brand & Communications leadership to identify strategic objectives for US Firmwide and Business Unit advertising.
- Lead the development of Brand to Demand digital paid media strategies across key channels, draft comprehensive media briefs, evaluate media recommendations, and oversee activation teams executing and monitoring channel performance.
- Collaborate with our external advertising agency to develop and activate effective paid media programs that meet KPIs.
- Work with internal teams across marketing technology, digital production, creative, measurement, and finance to ensure cohesive execution of strategies.
- Act as a liaison with Global Advertising counterparts to align and collaborate on paid media priorities.
- Maintain weekly and monthly program reporting, assess performance against plans, identify drivers or detractors of program performance, and recommend actionable optimizations.
- Stay current with digital media industry trends and communicate their implications for programs, providing recommended actions.

- Ability to work in a matrixed environment and build trusted relationships across a diverse group of stakeholders
- An understanding of how to communicate priorities, mitigate potential impacts, and manage multiple technical projects with competing deadlines and stakeholders where requirements often change
- Executive presence with the ability to present ideas, make recommendations, provide rationale, and advise leaders and their teams on communications and marketing strategy
- Lead junior team members, providing guidance and feedback to support their growth and development. Coach others on their career development aspirations and facilitate new connections for your Coachees to expand their own network and broaden their understanding of digital paid media.
- Demonstrated efficiency and creativity in budget and resource management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to recognize the business implications of data.
- • Familiarity with quantitative analysis skills including experimental concept testing and understanding of trending and forecasting.

Required Qualifications
- 8+ years relevant experience in Digital Marketing and Paid Media
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related discipline
- Prior experience working on center of excellence team within a highly matrixed organization, preferably for a global corporation or professional services firm
- Proficient in Paid Social Media activation and complimentary tools like Sprinklr
- Google AdWords Certification or equivalent experience is a plus
- Adobe Analytics experience is a plus
- Microsoft Office Suite skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with integrating various technologies to support marketing efforts
- Understanding of Agile methodology and experience in Workfront are preferred
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Travel up to 10% , on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $88,600 to $163,100.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
