Position Summary

The team is seeking a dynamic professional to support our Go-to-Market (GTM) and operational activities, specifically focused on supporting the Catalyst GTM team in engagement with US account leadership and US Firm leaders to promote and sell Catalyst services and ecosystem trends to clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong program management skills, business development acumen, and a passion for innovation and emerging technology trends.

Key Responsibilities of the Catalyst Tel Aviv Go-to-Market Team Lead Level:

  • Create cohesive, client-ready presentations that include service overviews and team structure for business development and project execution for global clients interested in the Israeli innovation ecosystem.
  • Support GTM Leader and account teams that request Catalyst services to understand, scope, and shape the service request.
  • Support the Catalyst leaders in awareness efforts and annual awareness campaign, by developing audience-tailored presentations and updating the project plan.
  • Prepare materials for leadership engagement and external client meetings, outlining key points and strategies.
  • Monitor client opportunities (both direct and enabled sales). Track wins, pipeline, and other key metrics, for GTM Leader to update firm leadership.
  • Support events and conference planning where Catalyst has a presence, including logistics, agendas, attendees/targets, and expense tracking.
  • Coordinate with Tel Aviv-based team for GTM support.
  • Review eminence pieces, newsletters, and other marketing materials when written by Tel Aviv-based team.
  • Support Catalyst operating budget tracking.
  • Work closely with USI GTM team member on deliverables, demonstrate review and mentoring capabilities.
  • Support connectivity across various Catalyst teams, establishing and maintaining relationships with Sensing team, IL E&A and EGC teams.
  • Strong focus on details and producing high-quality work products.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years consulting/advisory experience or client service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in developing and delivering executive-level presentations.
  • Strong skills and experience in project management, including coordination across geographically diverse and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships with senior stakeholders and peers.
  • Proven ability to perform in a multi-disciplinary team and manage international projects/initiatives.
  • Solid foundation in core technology principles, with exposure to innovation and emerging technology trends.
  • Demonstrates a strong value for diversity and the ability to team and collaborate effectively.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain utmost confidentiality with sensitive information.
  • Experience working on global projects and managing international teams is a plus.
  • Experience with venture capital, private equity, and startups, especially in Israel, is a plus.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80,400-$148,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
