Position Summary

The mission of Quality and Risk Management (QRM) is to manage the risk in our growing and increasingly complex business to improve financial performance and protect the firm's assets and reputation. Enabling Technical & Analytics (ET&A) team sits within QRM to support the technology and analytics needs of the QRM team. We are looking for a high performing Analyst to support the advancement of strategic platform and tool enablement.

ET&A team is currently seeking a full-time Consultant who will be serving as a functional expert, with the ability to quickly learn the functionality of a new product and serve as the communication liaison for the product. They should also have excellent communication skills.

Work you'll do/ Job responsibilities:

  • Provide functional support for the QRM products by managing the product/process related queries coming in from PMD level audience in the common mailboxes.
  • Collaborate with the other team members, QRM leaders, to ensure quick resolution of any functional or technical product issues.
  • Manage risk consultation scheduling, compliance and tracking.
  • Conduct system performance and operational checks.
  • Monitor for data issues. Escalate any data issue to the technical team and help with triaging.
  • Support the functional team in organizing and assisting with new support enhancements and functions.
  • Participate in team conferences to recommend and specify data requirements.
  • Create high quality and clear functional process documentation.
  • Support the technical team in defect identification and triage.
  • Support continuous improvement in all functions.
  • Work collaboratively with others in support of the ET&A team priority initiatives and/or ad hoc activities, as needed.
  • Support and suggest ways to continuously improve processes to enhance relationships and business impact.

QRM provides support from pursuit through engagement delivery to anticipate, advise on, and mitigate risks and quality issues. Enabling Technical & Analytics (ET&A) team sits within QRM to support the technology and analytics needs of the QRM team. This team promotes innovation, drives efficiencies and collaboration, and provides meaningful insights to manage risk and improve the quality in the way we sell and deliver projects. This results in market differentiation, improved client outcomes, and positions our business to navigate the growing complexity in our engagements.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) with Business or Technical background.
  • 5 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to communicate (verbally and written) to all levels of the business, especially senior leadership.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to act proactively and take the lead when appropriate.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic work environment.
  • Ability to work successfully on a virtual team.
  • Possess knowledge and experience working with internal technical systems.
  • Experience MS Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80,550 to $134,250.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
