The AI and Data Operations team leverages the power of data, analytics, robotics, science and cognitive technologies to uncover hidden relationships from vast troves of data, generate insights, and inform decision-making. Together with the Strategy practice, our Strategy & Analytics portfolio helps clients transform their business by architecting enterprise programs and differentiated strategies to win in their chosen markets.

Work you'll do
Candidate will join a team of high-performing data scientists and data engineers to deliver cutting-edge analytics for high-visibility national security missions. Candidate will support building and maintaining the data ecosystem, which includes everything from building data sources and databases, implementing robust data pipelines, and creating data storage solutions.
- Be a Pioneer: Collaborate in the development and deployment of a groundbreaking analytics platform that will set a new standard in the national security sector.
- Unleash Insights: Dive into massive spatiotemporal datasets, applying advanced machine learning techniques (clustering, forecasting, NLP, graph analytics, and more) to extract actionable intelligence that drives mission-critical decisions.
- Lead the Charge: Provide technical mentorship and guidance, championing best practices in data science and the innovative application of quantitative methods to overcome complex challenges.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- 2+ years of experience implementing data systems
- Experience managing large-scale processing systems
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active TS/SCI with poly security clearance required for this role
- Ability to work 100% onsite in Chantilly, VA and McLean, VA
Preferred:
- Master's degree
- Strong understanding of data science concepts and ML frameworks and libraries
- Familiarity with Spark
- Clustering Techniques
- Geospatial data science
- Large scale data pipelines
