Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team, who will have extensive experience in managing IT and cyber projects at scale. This role involves supporting our client teams in managing and operating their cyber program by managing global, multi-function teams, implementing project management best practices, and driving efficiencies in operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity and IT program management, with a proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver high-quality results. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Management: Lead and manage the execution of cybersecurity programs and projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their cybersecurity needs and ensuring their expectations are met. Provide regular updates and reports to clients on project status, performance, and any issues or concerns. Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of a global cybersecurity team, ensuring alignment with the client's security policies and objectives. Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of cybersecurity operations. Monitor and manage the performance of the offshore teams, ensuring high standards of service delivery and adherence to SLAs.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of cybersecurity professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure seamless collaboration and communication. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Security Operations: Ensure the implementation and maintenance of robust cybersecurity measures to protect the client's assets and data.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute long-term strategies to enhance the maturity and capability of the offshore cybersecurity operations. Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies, and incorporate them into the operational strategy. Collaborate with senior leadership to align cybersecurity operations with the overall business objectives.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Utilize industry-leading practices and technology-based tools or methodologies to enhance the monitoring, delivery, and reliability of Deloitte Cyber's services provided to clients.
- Serve as a Trusted Advisor: Advise executive leaders on Cyber Operate, offering insights and recommendations. Collaborate with them to resolve business problems by translating functional requirements into technical solutions.
- Offer Thought Leadership: Provide guidance on industry leading practices for development, while participating in the evaluation of new requirements.
- Manage and Mentor Teams: Lead and mentor a US and US-India team, ensuring the effective delivery of technology risk management services and capabilities.

The successful candidate will possess:
- Proven track record of operating cyber or IT programs
- Experience managing global, cross-functional teams
- Experience balancing technical requirements and executive leadership reporting
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and advisory skills
- Ability to drive sales and revenue growth through strategic client engagements.
- Excellent documentation and presentation, verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with teams across geographical locations
- Demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks; and working collaboratively with the client to identify and solve key constraints, risks and issues.
- Demonstrated problem solving, critical thinking and logical structuring skills.
- Experience in agile development methodology and having a roll-up the sleeves approach to make things happen
Qualifications
Required:
- 15+ years of hands-on experience on IT & Cyber Program Management, including but not limited to Security Operations Center, Identity & Access Management, Data Protection.
- BS/BA degree
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $144,600 - $241,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
