Work You'll Work On
As a Deloitte IAM Senior Consultant focusing on ForgeRock based implementations, you will:
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions with the client, followed by analysis and documentation to support their IAM vision.
- Communicate to clients and partners aspects of both the IAM product and the implementation at the technical and functional level.
- Perform installation, integration and deployment of ForgeRock based IAM solutions.
- Perform upgrades for the ForgeRock software on a periodic basis, included data migrations as needed.
- Develop and support the setup of DevOps pipelines to streamline deployment of ForgeRock services.
- Conduct and participate in periodic system and architecture reviews of the ForgeRock IAM solution.
- Demonstrate advanced understanding of business processes, internal control risk management and IT controls as they relate to IAM industry standards.
- Identify and evaluate complex business and technology IAM risks, internal controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement.
- Understand complex business and information technology management processes.
- Execute advanced services and supervise staff in delivering basic services.
- Manage project scope, schedule, status, and documentation.
- Build and nurture positive working relationships with the clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.

Qualifications
Required:
- 4+ years of total IAM industry experience.
- 2+ years of experience working directly with ForgeRock Access Management (AM), Identity Management(IDM), and Directory Services (DS)
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Business, or a relevant field.
- Ability to travel 25-50% of the time.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Preferred:
- Previous consulting experience or experience working with the Big 4.
- CISSP certification or an equivalent cybersecurity certification is a plus.
- Experience working with or supporting ForgeRock Identity Cloud solutions, or a ForgeRock Identity Cloud certification.
- Experience working with ForgeOps.
- Experience with customization of ForgeRock Identity Management tools such as connector development, groovy/java scripting, and building workflows using the identity workflow engine.
- Experience with ForgeRock UI customization and code development for fetching assertion values form multiple data sources.
- Strong understanding and experience with single sign-on, identity federation, multi-factor authentication, risk-based authentication.
- Experience with ForgeRock Access Manager to design and build secure fine-grained authentication for a streamlined login experience using nodes and trees.
- Experience integrating ForgeRock with various backend technologies including Directory Services, Microsoft Active Directory, and RDBMS.
- Knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) platform capabilities and best practices around architecture and solutions with multicloud accounts and services.
- Experience maintaining and supporting in troubleshooting of ForgeRock artifacts on AWS, including docker images and file-based configurations.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97,613 - 188,375.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
