About ConvergeHEALTH by Deloitte

ConvergeHEALTH is a part of Deloitte Consulting's Innovation practice. ConvergeHEALTH supports the information-based transformation of healthcare by enabling healthcare and life sciences organizations to answer the "hard questions" in healthcare-what works, for whom, why, in what context, and at what cost? Our mission is to enable a "learning healthcare system" where each encounter with the healthcare system becomes a learning event that will lead to greater efficiency, higher quality care and sustained innovation, to the benefit of improving patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Required:

• A BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years experience on front-end development using modern front-end JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks and libraries such as React or similar.
• 1+ years experience developing Python based microservices, ideally using FastAPI or Django
• Hands on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Capable of supporting the implementation of security requirements across components related to the aforementioned areas of work.
• Proficient in developing, containerizing, and orchestrating applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Adept at documenting all processes to support the creation of Technical Design Specification deliverables.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred:

• Hands-on experience with GenAI application and data frameworks such as LangChain/LlamaIndex/Dspy
• Experience in developing, deploying, and testing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
• Knowledgeable in the use and implementation of open-source Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Knowledge of LLM agents and tools

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $88,80 - $148,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
