Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Specialist Senior in Dallas, Texas and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You'll Do
Drive advisory and implementation services for network transformation projects to help companies unlock the value of big technology investments, ranging from requirements to architecture, design to development, and testing to deployment, as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Create technical and functional system requirements and use cases, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, and process models utilizing enterprise networking technologies, tools and processes. Participate in setting engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans for components of engagements, coordinate activities between workstreams, and identify changes in scope. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities. Provide application analysis and implementation to meet enterprise architecture and infrastructure goals. Focus on the delivery of comprehensive network transformation projects. Help clients achieve the most out of existing infrastructure and guide clients through multiyear transformations that are necessary in the wake of technology disruptions, including Cloud and Internet of Things (IoT). Provide industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modeling tools to produce analysis and algorithms.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, and translate requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that satisfy client needs, utilizing Microsoft (MS) Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio, Use Case Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams;
- Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint;
- Coordinating project responsibilities of cross-functional onshore and offshore team members to ensure efficient completion of project tasks;
- Performing code reviews to ensure accurate and optimal development of solutions to satisfy requirements;
- Developing requirements for future state system by creating detailed diagrams, utilizing MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word and segmenting them into use cases, features, and epics; and
- Performing data inventory and documenting data connections between applications and establishing data mapping for sources and destinations.

Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week.
