Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Specialist Master in Austin, Texas and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You'll Do
Manage information technology projects for Oracle software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Coordinate the overall information technology project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant Oracle tools/techniques to meet specific requirements and interpret and report on outputs. Coordinate day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers. Oversee the proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.

Requirements
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:

  • Working on all phases of the Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) project delivery and software implementation lifecycle to design, develop, test, and implement Oracle solutions for enterprise-level clients;
  • Conducting Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP business process workshops to understand current business processes and outline future processes in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Financials modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management solutions;
  • Developing functional specifications for custom developments, and interfacing with external systems via Oracle General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management;
  • Performing Oracle General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management production rollouts and providing post-production Hypercare support and defect resolution, utilizing Microsoft (MS) SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
  • Writing functional and technical system requirements and use cases, creating process flow diagrams and finalizing system requirements, utilizing MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio; and
  • Coordinating the design and delivery of user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption and maintenance in client environments, utilizing MS SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.

Other
Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week.
